Facility Bills provides access to a range of application services for residents of residential estates, including utility collection, communications management, visitor management, and more.
To access our services, users must create a Facility Bills profile. You must be over 18 years of age and provide accurate information during sign-up. Your profile will be used for communication purposes.
Upon acceptance of these terms, Facility Bills grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the application services for your business purposes.
Users are responsible for all fees and charges associated with the application services. Any applicable charges, fees, and taxes will be clearly displayed within the app.
Users must adhere to acceptable use guidelines outlined in this agreement. Any unlawful or fraudulent activity will result in termination of access to the application services.
Users are responsible for ensuring the proper performance of their devices and following all security procedures outlined by Facility Bills.
Additional services may be purchased through Facility Bills, subject to separate terms and conditions.
Users must comply with relevant data protection regulations when processing personal data within the Facility Bills application.
Facility Bills reserves the right to restrict or close user profiles for various reasons outlined in this agreement.
Facility Bills is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the application services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Facility Bills from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the application services.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between users and Facility Bills, superseding all previous agreements.
Facility Bills is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to events beyond its control.
Users may not assign their rights and obligations under this agreement without Facility Bills’ written consent.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between users and Facility Bills.
